I have my grandmother's copy
Tue, 01/25/2011 - 16:00 — Anonymous (not verified)I have my grandmother's copy of Madame Chiang's Chinese Cookbook 1941. The cover is the same except there's no advertisement on mine, just "25 cents". Do you have any idea of its value? I would like to donate it to a museum of some sort. Suggestions and information would be most welcomed.
Thank you.
Museums and libraries

Other university library systems might also have collections that could use it.
